With this online form you can easily place orders for prescriptions. Alternatively you can call our prescription hotline on 0981 42100 44. The exact description, the potency and the package size are important. We always need your insurance card at the beginning of the quarter. As a rule, the recipes will be ready for you after approx. 24 hours.
Due to the switch to electronic prescriptions, pre-ordering health insurance and private prescriptions via the answering machine and our homepage is only possible if your insurance card has already been received at our MVZ in the current quarter! If this is not already the case, please come to our MVZ with your insurance card to have a prescription issued.
